Travel Terms and Conditions
- Includes: 8 nights in Spain and 4 nights in Portugal, 12 breakfasts. Exclusive transportation and private guide, tours, and taxes included.
- Does not include: Personal expenses, visas, gifts, travel insurance, laundry, and any other expenses not included in this proposal.
- Note: The price is per person based on double occupancy. Those paying with a debit or credit card will be charged 3.6% per transaction. Private rooms are available at an additional cost.
- We do not process visas – each person is responsible for obtaining their visa if required in the countries to be visited.
- Note: Interested persons should register before the second deposit date to avoid an additional cost.
- Passport: Must be valid for six (6) months after the travel date and must have at least three blank pages.
Cancellation Policy:
- 120 days before the departure date: USD$600.00 are non-refundable.
- 70 days before the departure date: USD$1000.00 are non-refundable.
- 60 days before the departure date: 100% of the total cost is non-refundable.
Marketing:
If MGT takes any photos during this trip, you grant MGT permission to use the photos for marketing purposes.
Travel Conditions:
- One suitcase per person and one carry-on are allowed.
- Passengers who register for this trip accept responsibility for being in good health and capable of walking and traveling for long periods. Because some sites are not accessible, those with special needs, such as using oxygen, wheelchairs, or other ambulatory aids, may find the trip challenging and may have limited experiences.
