Travel Terms and Conditions
Included: 7 nights in Dubai, 7 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 3 dinners, transportation with private guide, entrance to all tours, transfers, excursions, tickets and taxes included.
Not Included: Personal expenses, Visas, gifts, travel protection insurance, drinks not included in meals, such as sodas, alcohol, etc., laundry and any other expense not included in this proposal.
Note: Price is per person based on double occupancy. People who pay with a debit or credit card will be charged 3.6% for each transaction. Private rooms are available for an additional cost.
Payment Schedule
Initial deposit: $500.00 that must be included at the time of registration.
2nd payment: $625.00, due on July 15, 2023.
Final payment: $625.00, due on September 15, 2023.
Passport: Must be valid for six (6) months after the date of travel and must have at least three blank pages.
Note: We do not process visas – each person is responsible for managing their visa if it is required in the countries to visit.
Note: Interested persons must register before the date of the second deposit to avoid an additional cost.
Cancellation policy:
Note: Travel insurance is required.
The following cancellation penalties:
- 105 – 60 days = $600 is non-refundable;
- 59 – 46 days = $1000 is non-refundable;
- 45 days before the departure date = 100% of the total cost is non-refundable.
Conditions for travel: One suitcase per person and one hand luggage will be allowed. Passengers who register for this trip accept the responsibility of being in good health and able to walk and travel long hours. Because some of the sites are not accessible, those with special needs using oxygen, wheelchairs, or other ambulatory aids will find travel difficult and may limit the experiences they will have.
