Travel Terms and Conditions
- Included: 11 nights in Thailand, 10 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 6 dinners, private transportation and tour guide, tours, and taxes included.
- Not included: Personal expenses, visas, gifts, travel insurance, laundry, and any other expenses not listed in this proposal.
- Note: Price is per person based on double occupancy. A 3.6% processing fee will be applied to all debit and credit card payments. Private rooms are available at an additional cost.
- Visa Processing: We do not process visas. Each traveler is responsible for obtaining any required visas for the countries visited.
- Note: Interested travelers must register before the second deposit deadline to avoid additional fees.
- Passport: Must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates and have a minimum of three blank pages.
Cancellation policy:
- 105–60 days prior to departure: USD 600.00 is non-refundable.
- 59–46 days prior to departure: USD 1,000.00 is non-refundable.
- 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total cost is non-refundable.
Marketing:
By participating in this trip, you grant MGT permission to use any photos taken during the trip for marketing purposes.
Travel Requirements:
- One suitcase and one carry-on bag per person are allowed.
- Passengers registering for this trip acknowledge that they are in good health and able to walk and travel for extended periods. Some locations may not be fully accessible; travelers requiring special assistance, oxygen, wheelchairs, or mobility aids may find the trip challenging and may have limited access to certain experiences.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended.
