Travel Terms and Conditions
- Includes: 13 nights and 12 days, one dinner, exclusive transportation and private guide, tours, and taxes included.
- Does not include: Personal expenses, visas, gifts, travel protection insurance, laundry, and any other expenses not included in this proposal.
- Note: The price is per person based on double occupancy.
- Note: We do not process visas – each individual is responsible for obtaining their visa if required in the countries to be visited.
- Note: Interested persons must register before the date of the second deposit to avoid an additional cost.
- Passport: Must have six (6) months of validity beyond the date of travel and must have a minimum of three blank pages.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation penalties:
After 30 days, only 50% of the deposit is refundable.
- 120 days before the departure date: USD$600.00 non-refundable.
- 70 days before the departure date: USD$1000.00 non-refundable.
- 60 days before the departure date: 100% of the total cost non-refundable.
Marketing:
- If MGT takes any photos during this trip, you grant permission to MGT to use the photos for marketing purposes.
Travel Conditions:
- One suitcase per person and one carry-on bag are allowed. Passengers who register for this trip accept responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel for long periods.
- Due to the inaccessibility of some sites, those with special needs using oxygen, wheelchairs, or any other mobility assistance will find the trip challenging and may limit the experiences they will have.
